Online, by message, or by phone. A confirmation is sent once your booking is validated, declined, or placed on hold pending the minimum group size. Payment is online, by bank transfer, or cash on site for last-minute bookings.

The Resident rate is for people living in French Polynesia who can show local ID (PF identity card, CPS card, proof of address or work contract). The Tourist rate applies to all other visitors.

Yes. Shared tours require a minimum of 4 participants (including 2 adults) to be confirmed. If the minimum isn't reached, we'll offer a date change, a different tour, or a refund if nothing else works.

Swimwear, towel, sunglasses, cap, and a change of clothes. Reef-safe sunscreen. Camera or GoPro if you want.

Yes - masks, snorkels, and fins are provided. You're also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Safety is the priority. In severe conditions, we can reschedule, adjust the route, or cancel - at no charge if the cancellation is weather-related.

Yes. Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the tour. After that, the full amount is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure.

Yes - tours are family-friendly. We welcome children from age 3, under full adult supervision.

Swimming is recommended to get the most out of snorkeling. Life jackets are available and the team accompanies every participant in the water. No breath-hold diving is permitted during snorkeling activities.

Yes - private tours for couples, families, groups, or special events. Rates on request.

Welcome with the sound of the Pù, tiare flowers, crew introduction, safety briefing. Dolphin spotting at the pass. Snorkeling over the best spots - turtles, rays, sharks, exotic fish, wrecks, coral gardens. Fishing. Tropical fruit tasting or BBQ lunch with homemade poisson cru. Return to the dock.

Yes. Manea Lagoon Adventures applies an eco-responsible charter: gentle approach to marine life, responsible fishing (catch & release) or subsistence fishing (catch & cook), reef-safe sunscreen only, reusable utensils, visitor awareness of lagoon fragility.
